Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use bora-bg.com easily. That includes people who read with a screen reader, get around with the keyboard only or enlarge the text. We aim for level AA of WCAG 2.2, the international guidelines on accessible web content.

What we have done

• Every link, button and field can be reached with the Tab key, and the focus shows as a blue outline.
• Each page starts with a “Skip to content” link that jumps past the menu.
• We checked the colours of text and background. Where the contrast was below 4.5:1, we made it darker.
• Images have a text description. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Each page has one main heading, and the subheadings follow in order of level.
• The animation on the home page stops with a pause button.
• The site works on phones and tablets, and with enlarged text.
• Form fields have labels that a screen reader reads out.

What is not right yet

Blog articles from before 2026 were moved over from our old website. Some of them have tables and screenshots from BORA BS that are harder to follow with a screen reader. The map on the Contacts page comes from Google Maps and is outside our control, so the address is also written out as text.
