Business to Business
The more directly a company is connected to its partners and banks, the faster it works. The BORA Business To Business (B2B) platform exchanges information automatically and makes communication between trading and manufacturing companies and their counterparties easier, faster and more secure.

With BORA B2B data is not keyed in by hand, and copying errors disappear. The systems on both sides talk to each other directly and securely.
The modules of BORA B2B
The platform automates document flow, banking operations and sector requirements:
1. Electronic document exchange (EDI)
- BORA EDI exchanges trade documents instantly. Purchase and sales documents are created and received automatically between your system and your partners’ systems.
- The ECOD COMARCH integration connects BORA BS to the established international EDI platform ECOD COMARCH. Without it, working with the large retail chains is hard.
- The e-Faktura module automatically imports electronic invoices from the e-Faktura platform into BORA Business Suite.
- Multi-company mode (Multi-company Sync) automatically synchronises data between the databases of related companies in a holding or group.
2. Banking and financial processes
- SWIFT Statement imports bank statements in the international format and creates payment orders directly.
- e-Bank Statements receives bank statements over a secure channel from BORICA and imports and posts them automatically in BORA BS.
3. Sector requirements
- BORA SESPA tracks, checks and analyses the movement of medicinal products according to the state SESPA requirements for the pharmaceutical sector.
What the business gains
This is what changes in day-to-day work with the BORA B2B modules:
- Orders, invoices and waybills are not keyed in by hand. The system processes them in seconds, and administrative costs fall.
- You always see the current position with your partners, the active orders, deliveries and payments.
- The systems exchange data directly, without long e-mail threads and follow-up calls.
- Relations with partners rest on accurate data and a clear history.
Frequently asked questions about BORA B2B
How does the ECOD COMARCH integration help us work with the large retail chains (Kaufland, Lidl, Metro and others)?
The large chains require their suppliers to send orders, dispatch advices and invoices through certified EDI platforms such as Comarch. BORA BS connects to them directly. When the chain places an order, it enters your ERP system as a ready sales order. When the truck is loaded, the dispatch advice goes to the chain automatically. The risk of penalties for delays or wrong items goes down.
How does automatic posting of bank statements work with the e-Bank Statements and SWIFT modules?
The accountant does not download files from each bank’s online banking and does not key them in line by line. The software imports the statements by itself, recognises the IBANs and payment references, matches the payments to open invoices and closes them in the accounts. Processing bank documents takes much less time.
Is data exchange in multi-company mode secure if our companies have different activities?
Yes. The companies in the group can use shared master data, for example shared partners or items, and create intra-group documents automatically when company A sells to company B. Their accounts stay separate, and access to information depends on the user’s permissions and role.
