System Integration
There is no successful ERP implementation without good system integration. This is not just about connecting machines. Hardware, networks and software have to become one secure environment that works well.

At BORA Solutions we believe a stable business needs reliable infrastructure. Our certified system engineers design the architecture of your systems in every respect. The aim is for BORA Business Suite to run fast, without interruptions and with well-protected data.
The stages of system integration
Every project follows a proven methodology so that the result is predictable:
1. Business analysis and design
Before we choose the hardware, we analyse the load and the particular features of your business processes. After this audit our engineers produce an individual architecture design that fits your growth plans.
2. Choosing components and partners
We select and specify every element of the IT infrastructure: servers, workstations, network equipment. BORA Solutions works directly with established global manufacturers:
- hardware and communications: HP, Dell, Cisco and others;
- software platforms: our experts are trained and certified by Microsoft.
3. Delivery and installation
Once the specifications are ready, we take care of delivery, logistics and professional installation of the equipment on site, following the project’s safety and quality requirements.
4. Project management
We manage the project at every stage. If changes are needed along the way, we agree them openly with the client so that they meet the real needs.
5. Training, configuration and BORA ERP implementation
- We deploy, test and fine-tune the equipment on site until it works at its best.
- We train the IT team and the users to work correctly and safely with the new equipment.
- We connect the BORA Business Suite ERP system to the new IT infrastructure.
Long-term management and IT support
Our work does not end with installation. If needed, BORA Solutions takes over the management and support of your IT infrastructure. Our system engineers have long experience and provide:
- constant monitoring for threats and overload;
- preventive maintenance of servers and network security;
- a quick response to technical problems so that the business does not stop (Business Continuity).
Frequently asked questions about system integration
Why does it matter that system integration is done by the ERP implementer and not by an outside IT company?
An ERP system has its own requirements for disk speed, network data transfer and database security. When BORA Solutions also does the hardware integration, the servers are tuned precisely for BORA Business Suite. If there is a problem, the software and hardware suppliers do not pass the responsibility back and forth, and you have one contact for support.
What are the advantages of certified equipment from partners such as HP, Dell and Cisco?
Business software needs hardware that tolerates failures (redundancy). HP, Dell and Cisco servers have redundant power supplies, fans and disks (RAID arrays). Even if a component fails, the server keeps running until our engineer replaces the part, and the working day in the factory or office does not stop.
Can our existing IT infrastructure be used when implementing BORA Business Suite?
Yes. In the initial analysis our system engineers check your current equipment: servers, networks, computers. Whatever meets the requirements for reliability and performance goes into the new model, and you avoid unnecessary costs. We only suggest replacing the components that would become a bottleneck (bottleneck) for the business.
