Recruitment and Training
The Recruitment and Training module in BORA HR is for talent management (Talent Management). It covers the vacancy notice, selection, regular performance reviews and long-term training. The company becomes a more attractive employer, and employees grow.

The system brings order to the qualitative and quantitative assessment of people. Each employee’s career development is clearly visible.
What the module includes
Recruitment
The process is set up to fit the company and is handy when you hire often:
- The campaign starts with the “Vacancy announcement” document. It states the position (with its NKPD code), the requirements, the deadlines, the selection panel and where candidates will be sought.
- Candidates fill in a single form: personal details, education, certificates, work experience and references.
- The “Assessment form” sets out the core and the specific technical competencies. Point scales and weighting factors make the assessment more objective.
- Interviews follow a prepared script. The software calculates the overall score, ranks the candidates and sends the acceptance or rejection letters.
Performance appraisal
- The appraisal of employees in the company follows a script similar to the one for recruitment.
- The employee’s competencies and results are compared with the requirements in the job description (from BORA QMS). This shows who needs retraining.
Training and qualifications (L&D)
- Employees’ education, specialities and qualifications are kept in a shared register.
- Internal and external training is planned with topics, trainers, periods, venues and duration.
- Certificates, diplomas and licences are entered with their validity period. Before someone loses a qualification, management gets a warning. This matters in production and technical sectors.
- Training agreements link training to money: the cost of the course, the invoices and the period the employee agrees to stay with the company.
Frequently asked questions about recruitment and training
How does the system keep the choice of a new candidate objective?
With weighting factors in the assessment form. For example, technical skills count for 60% and communication for 40%. Panel members give scores on a scale, the software calculates the weighted value and produces the ranking. Personal impressions carry less weight.
Can the training module protect us from legal penalties over expired certificates?
Yes. For positions that need a periodically renewed qualification, such as welders, forklift drivers and health and safety specialists, you enter the validity period of the document. BORA HR notifies the HR department weeks before the deadline so that a refresher course can be planned in time.
How do you track the return on expensive external training?
Through the training agreement. It records how much the company paid for the training and for how long the employee agrees to stay. The agreement is linked to the employee’s file. If the employee leaves earlier, the payroll module calculates the amount due in proportion to the time remaining.
Is the performance appraisal linked to setting bonuses and salaries?
Yes. The module is linked to the payroll core of BORA Salaries. The appraisal results and the level of competencies can change the base salary or become the basis for annual and quarterly bonuses.
