Customers
BORA Customer Relationship Management (BORA CRM) is the ERP module for sales and customer service. It brings order to the sales cycle, from the first contact with the customer to the payment.

The company’s commercial policies are applied automatically. Each counterparty has its own profile with price lists, a credit limit, payment terms and a delivery scheme.
What BORA CRM includes
Quotes and customer orders (Sales Orders)
Every deal goes through three stages: proposed, active, closed. You can see where it is at any moment.
- Quotes, pro forma invoices and customer orders are prepared quickly.
- Complex orders are processed against a predefined list of materials (Bill of Materials, BOM).
- From active sales the system creates purchase orders, production orders and warehouse documents by itself.
- If a customer goes over the credit limit, the order stops until a manager with the right permissions approves it.
- Stock by warehouse is visible straight away, and the quantities for active deals are reserved on the spot.
Invoicing, dispatch and Billing
A deal can be invoiced and dispatched in different ways:
- One order can have several invoices. The reverse is also possible: several partial dispatches from the warehouse to one invoice.
- Invoices are created directly from the goods issue documents according to the agreed commercial terms.
- BORA Billing takes care of subscriptions and charging: recurring bills, subscription services, rental contracts, equipment operation and Case Management. The system imports the monthly readings, issues the invoices in bulk and sends them out automatically.
- Issued invoices reach the customer as a PDF by e-mail, and a notice can also go out by SMS.
Sales analysis and trading margin
Sales directors and managers follow the results from three angles: invoices, goods dispatched and payments.
- Detailed reports on the net trading margin by product, calculated from the cost in the price lists.
- Sales by currency, customer, product accounting category, dealer and revenue centre.
- Reports on product eco-fees and excise duties on sales, and a VAT sales ledger that is posted automatically.
EDI integrations and e-commerce
The EDI interfaces of BORA CRM exchange data automatically, so documents are not entered by hand:
- BORA Business Suite holds an official certificate from LIDL Bulgaria for the automatic import of sales invoices through the COMARCH (ECOD) EDI platform.
- Through Bankservice eFaktura, electronic invoices are created and sent in the legal format together with a PDF copy.
- Online shops and B2B/B2C websites are connected in both directions. Orders and invoices are exchanged in XML, TXT and EDI formats.
Mobile sales with BORA Trader
Field sales representatives (Van Sales, mobile sales) work with the BORA Trader Android app. It is connected to the central ERP system.
- The order is entered at the customer’s premises, and the receipt and the invoice come out straight away.
- Payment and goods documents are printed on the spot from the sales rep’s smartphone, on a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printer.
- The sales rep sees the customer’s current price lists and the stock in the warehouses. The app is downloaded from the Google Play Store.
Frequently asked questions about BORA CRM
What is BORA Billing and which businesses is it for?
An automatic billing system. It suits companies with subscription plans, rental contracts, equipment maintenance or periodic metering of consumption. Hundreds of invoices are created and sent in one go.
Does BORA CRM work with large retail chains (EDI exchange)?
Yes. Data and electronic invoices are exchanged through international EDI platforms. BORA Business Suite is certified by LIDL Bulgaria for work through COMARCH EDI and has a direct connection to eFaktura (Bankservice).
What does processing orders against a BOM mean?
The sales rep takes an order for a complex product or bundle made of many parts and materials (Bill of Materials). The system works out by itself what must be in the warehouse to complete the deal.
Can the software control customer credit risk?
Yes. Each customer has a credit limit. If it is exceeded, further dispatches and sales stop until a manager approves them through a special procedure.
