BORA HR CHECK-IN system

Mar072017

CHECK-IN system of BORA HR, identifies employees with a personal card and records events during working hours. The system is installed on a tablet (PC), with a card reader connected to it. Employees identify themselves by checking in with personal identification cards. The first entry of the day marks the start of the working day.

The system lets you record:

  • Work outside the office: on a specific task
  • Personal business
  • Return to the office

At the end of the working day, the last check-in  is used  to confirm that the day’s work is finished.

The start and end of the working day are filled in automatically, as well as events in between (if registered).

On the “Execution” tab the employee chooses which project they worked on, describes  the work done and the hours worked.

The system offers verification by a manager.

When you review a task from a project under “Execution”, you can view the history of the “Daily  reports” that recorded  work on that task.

Advantages of the system:

  • Records all events related to employees’ working time
  • Full traceability of the work done by employees and the labour  hours put in
  • Easy reporting of projects and project milestones
  • Reports by period, by employee and much more
  • Manageable staff and work on projects / tasks.
