The software products of BORA Solutions Ltd. may include third-party software products licensed to you under the licence agreement of the relevant BORA Solutions Ltd. software product, under their own terms, or under open source licences with source code availability options. The licence terms, notices and acknowledgements, if any, for the third-party software products may be available online or in an accompanying notices file (NOTICES.txt). Additional notices may be provided with a given product. Even if such a software product is governed by other agreements, the disclaimer of liability, the limitations and the exclusion of damages in the licence agreement of the BORA Solutions Ltd. software product also apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
