What’s new in Build 7.1.94 and 7.1.95
Organisation
The staffing plan has been extended. It will be replaced by a position plan, which adds the ability to:
1. Track versions of positions
2. Track the validity of versions
3. Enter lists of competencies and assessment criteria
4. Enter an EKATTE code as a property of a specific position.
Personnel
1. A new list, Employee register, from which a new form for entering/editing an employee record can be opened
2. In the list of Personnel documents, when filtering for sick leave certificates only (the electronic register of sick leave certificates), new columns have been added:
- Causes of incapacity for work
- Regime
- Healthcare institution that issued the certificate.
They are filled in from the newly added attribute set Causes of incapacity for work and treatment regime.
3. New forms for personnel documents have been added, opened from the new Personnel documents list:
Employment contract
Leave order
Cash benefits
Order terminating employment
4. A new list, Employees: current month, shows the personnel documents valid for the current payroll month.
