Documents
In the fiscal version of
Customers / Supply
Lines can now be imported from Biz and Doc documents into Biz and Doc documents.
To import lines from one document into another, follow these steps: 1. Create and save the header of the document you want to import into:

2. On the Action tab, choose the Import lines button:

3. An assistant opens. In the first step you must choose the type of the source document(s), and other filter criteria if needed.

4. The next step shows all documents that meet the criteria. By default all are selected. If you remove the first tick, all are unselected and you can choose a specific document or documents.

5. You must choose whether or not to copy the prices and discounts from the source documents. If there is only one source document, you can also choose whether or not to copy its attributes. The VAT of the original document is not copied; it follows the type of the document you are importing into: whether it has VAT and what VAT rate is set for the object.
6. Pressing the Import button imports the selected data. If there is one source document, the Contract field of the new document records which document it came from, in the format Object/Document type/Number. The Contract field of the source document records which document it was exported to.
Customers
Under the requirements of Ordinance N-18, credit and debit notes to customer orders and invoices are made only from the relevant button in the document form. The credit note and debit note document types cannot be chosen in a new sales document. The button is on the Action tab of the document for which the credit/debit note is needed:

Pressing this button opens the relevant credit or debit note, whose header is locked for editing; for the credit note, lines can be deleted or quantities reduced.
