A new button for exporting self-assessment protocols from purchase invoices has been added to the list of Purchase Documents (2410) => “Actions” tab:

What's new in Build 8.2.004

This button opens the BORA BS assistant for bulk creation of self-assessment protocols from purchase invoices.

The idea is that at the end of the period all purchase invoices that meet the conditions are called up, and the system generates self-assessment protocols with 20% VAT or self-assessment protocols with 0% VAT for them.

General criteria for both types of protocol:

1. The accounting date of the purchase documents must fall within the set period;

2. The purchase documents must not be linked to a self-assessment protocol;

3. The purchase documents have ID 241% (i.e. a simplified purchase invoice and a simplified credit and debit note for a purchase).

Specific criteria:

Self-assessment protocol with 20%:

1. The counterparty in the purchase document must be from a European Union country (other than BG).

Self-assessment protocol with 0%:

1. The counterparty in the purchase document must be from a country OUTSIDE the European Union;

2. The purchase document must have at least one line of the service type (22).

NB: Purchase documents for which the country cannot be determined are not included in the list!

Steps in the wizard for self-assessment protocols:

Step one: Choose the reporting period and the type of protocol.

Step two: Choose the invoices for which protocols will be generated: all of those in the list, one or several. In this step you can exclude invoices that meet the requirements above but for which a protocol is not needed after all.

Step three: Self-assessment protocols are generated, and reasons are shown where a protocol cannot be generated. The newly created documents are numbered in sequence, depending on the order of the accounting dates.
