What’s new in Build 8.2.008
Records Management
The feature for sending notification e-mails in the Records Management module has been updated and optimised.

To send a notification e-mail, choose the Links button in the Records Management module; a submenu appears, and the Folder button, DMS, handles sending e-mails. Point to the line with the information the user wants to send and right-click Open. The new form appears, where the user fills in the content of the notification e-mail with all the accompanying information.

When the Document button is chosen, the user fills in the information on the document to be sent to the recipient.

To send mail, these columns must be filled in:
- Subject (Subject),
- Message (message)
- Recipient(s)
Then there is a “green light” for sending the e-mail

Recipients are chosen from the form Choose contacts, as in MS Outlook.

BORA BS has two main kinds of address books: Counterparties and Persons
To make choosing easier for a specific document, the following are kept:
- Contact groups: these are predefined groups, created and maintained from the menu line Office Organisation/Master Data/Persons\Contact Persons
- Counterparties and persons in the document
- Counterparties and persons in the task (if the record is linked to a task)
After choosing the source, a filter can also be applied to search in the contact’s name (counterparty or person).
After applying the filter, one or more contacts can be chosen and published as recipients in To, CC or BCC, where they can be edited further.
The OK button carries them over to the Folder form, on the mail page.
The Mode button controls sending mail
The request to send is made with the Mode button:
- Send mail
- Mail will not be sent
- Send mail again
When the “Send mail” function is chosen, the mail is sent automatically by the system on the set send date. When the function Mail will not be sent is set, the system does not send mail.
When the mode Send mail again is set, the e-mail is sent again automatically by the system on the set date to the chosen recipients.
The e-mail is sent immediately if the date is today or is not set.

The Status button shows the status of sending the e-mail. There are three states that inform the user.
- No mail sent
- Mail has been sent
- Mail sent again

The system keeps the status up to date. Once the e-mail has been sent on the set date, the system changes the status automatically, with a message that the mail has been sent to the recipient.
When the button Copy to new document is chosen, the subject, content and counterparty/recipient of the related document are suggested. They can be changed in the grid and saved, or later through the form.
Business Solutions
Supply
In the new purchase order form, when a document already created is opened, if the fields Custodian and Contact person are not filled in, they are filled in automatically from the record of the counterparty the document is for. Under Links of the purchase order form and grid, a Customer orders line has been created that shows the link between the purchase order and a BIZ document (61%). A button has been created for linking a purchase order with business documents.

Materials
When a purchase order form is activated and a purchase invoice form is closed, the system checks whether a warehouse (object) has been entered in the document lines, if the code in the lines is of the type product/material or complex product, i.e. material codes. If no warehouse has been entered, a message appears:

Accounting
In the assistant on the line Accounting\Costing\Transactions\Allocation of amounts by account\Cost objects\Many amounts (batch) (733422), the system splits costs in the accounting entries using a preselected scheme. The feature has been updated, and when costs are split in the accounting entries, the scheme used to allocate them is now recorded.
