What’s new in Build 8.2.009
A new Attributes button has been added to the document forms, and the attributes are shown on a new tab
To make it possible to work on smaller screens, the attribute information in the document forms has been moved to a separate tab, reached through a new Attributes button next to the Main data button on the Document tab, Show data section:
All lists now have an “Update” button that refreshes the list of records when new ones are created or existing ones changed. This saves time, as there is no need to open the filter and confirm a search with the same criteria:
Documents are now linked at line level
When links are created between warehouse documents on the one hand and purchase, sales, customer order and purchase order documents on the other, besides the existing level of linking, the so-called header (document to document), there is now also a link at line level for each of the linked documents.
The “Link” button opens a form for finding the document we want to link.
The “Unlink” button removes line-level links already made between documents. The above applies to the new document forms, as this link already exists in the old ones.

Correcting a sick leave certificate with an internally entered number
A “Partial edit” button has been added to the sick leave certificate form.
The button is active when: 1. The document number has 7 digits 2. The Exported field is not ticked What the button does: 1. It allows correction of:
- Number
- Series
- Date of issue (Issued on)
- End date. The end date can be corrected only if it does not fall within a period locked for payroll corrections (employer’s contributions calculated)
2. It replaces the data of the partially corrected document in Form 19 and the payslip 3. It returns Form 19 and the payslip to editing if they are in a period unlocked for payroll corrections Interrupting maternity leave and leave for raising a small child
1. If a document of type 3235% has the tick Certifying a change of circumstances, no entry is made in Form 19

When a document that ends payment of a cash benefit is activated:
1. Its end date must be the same, and it must be of the relevant type as listed above.
2. The lines in Form 19 created by the main document, the one being ended, are cancelled for the months after the current payroll month. The forms move to the proposed state.
3. In the current month, the To date of the line generated by the main document becomes one day before the From date of the document that ends it.
4. The ending document itself makes no entry in Form 19. A new button has been added to the Actions tab of the employment contract / supplementary agreement form. When pressed, it:
1. Updates the length of service fields in the document from what is entered in the employee record and the start date of the document.
2. Records in the notes field the value of the service fields before and after the change, and who changed them.
3. Lets you change the service of documents with a start date before the date entered in the employee record as the As at date of the entered service.
