Master data

The range of data that can be imported into document lines from a TXT file has been extended with a field for importing a batch / unique item.

If BORA BS cannot find an existing product code or batch / unique item during import, a notification lists the specific codes, and they are not imported into the system.

Price lists

The filter of the various price lists can now load all products of a category automatically when the category is chosen.

There is also an option to show only products that have a price entered in a given category.

Business Solutions

Supply

A new search criterion has been added to the filter of the purchase order and purchase document lists: “Payment method” (Cash; Payment order and others).

Materials

A new global parameter (Set Up) has been created to control whether an acceptance protocol (4212) can be cancelled.

The parameter is Allow4212Distruc (42-32 Option to cancel an acceptance protocol) and takes two values:

  • True => an acceptance protocol can be cancelled;
  • False => an acceptance protocol CANNOT be cancelled.

When the parameter is False and someone tries to cancel an acceptance protocol, this message appears: “The acceptance protocol cannot be cancelled! Please close the document!”.

Customers

A new search criterion has been added to the filter of the customer order document and sales document lists: “Payment method” (Cash; Payment order and others).

  • Undo the calculated employer’s contributions.

Error when recalculating a payslip without code 500 income tax

1. When a pay slip is recalculated and its details lack code 500 income tax, a message appears and the slip cannot be recalculated.

2. The same applies to group recalculation of pay slips: if there is a pay slip without code 500 in its details, an error message appears with the personal number of the employee concerned.
