Importing a flag from a .txt file

A flag can now be imported when business documents are imported from a .txt file.
A flag has been added as the last field in the document header.
On import, the system checks: if the flag exists in the database and is valid for the document, the system imports it.
If a flag is supplied that is invalid for the system or not among the flags valid for the document, the system returns an error and does not import the document.

If the parameter is True (Yes), a sales document that has a USN and is not the source of the USN can have its counterparty, custodian and counterparty contact person changed.

If the counterparty and the payer of the document have the same ID as the counterparty, changing the counterparty of the invoice also changes the payer. If they differ, the payer is not replaced. Regardless of this parameter, the counterparty cannot be changed if the document is a credit or debit note.
