Administration

In the latest version, summary columns can be set up in the new lists: columns that combine several others by topic.

Users

A new function, “Manual creation of a dispatch note”, has been created, which must be given to every user who needs to create a dispatch note (document type 4221) other than by export (i.e. from the Warehouse documents line):

Business Solutions

Finance

The payment form has changed in installations with fiscal mode. A button has been added that moves the amount from “Cash” to “Card” and back. A green dot in front of the amount shows which field is filled in:

Supply

A new parameter, “SumRowsProvision”, has been created in “Global Settings” to control whether customer order lines are merged when the process on the line Preparing purchase orders and warehouse documents (22311) is run.

If the value is Yes (true), when a purchase order is generated to cover customer orders, lines with products of the same code, unit, purchase order document type and customer code of the object are merged.

If the value is No (false), when a purchase order is generated, each line of the orders is carried over to the purchase order without any grouping.
The purchase order lines are filled in with: the customer code from the customer order; the customer’s name; the number of the customer order the line will cover.

Materials

Lines can now be imported into a warehouse document from one or more other existing warehouse documents. The feature is available from the warehouse document form, “Actions” tab, “Import lines -> From warehouse documents”:

On the line Materials\Warehouse Management and Monitoring\Documents for product movements in the warehouse (451), Links, Source: Warehouse document, the link with the warehouse document from which the dispatch/distribution order was generated is shown, and it can be opened if the user has rights to group 42.

Information on the linked warehouse document has also been added to the lines of the dispatch/placement orders:

Two new parameters have been created that can be set so that the placement/dispatch order opens automatically after it is generated from the warehouse document or from the Dispatch order: control. If True, the documents open automatically after the user generates them. If False, they do not open. The document opens if the user has rights to group 45.

The new version no longer allows the product, quantity, batch and facet quantity to be changed on a line of a warehouse document in the Editing or Proposed state that is linked to a placement/dispatch order. Lines also cannot be deleted or added, by hand or by import. Changes of this kind are made by cancelling the linked dispatch/placement order, then correcting and exporting again.

A new user function has been added: Rights to partially edit the control quantity in a warehouse document. If the user has this function, the Control quantity column in the warehouse document is unlocked even in a closed document.

In the placement order and dispatch order document forms, more than one placement/dispatch strategy can now be chosen.

The strategies can be set up as follows:

1. Direction of the documents they apply to, 1 receipt and 2 issue. If there is no value, the strategy applies to both kinds of documents.
2. Which warehouses the strategy applies to. If there is no value, the strategy applies to all warehouses.
3. Only active strategies can be chosen.

A parameter has also been created to set the default strategy, so that choosing it is not mandatory but an option for the user.

In the new version, when placement and dispatch orders are printed, the text entered in the Notes field is printed too.

The mandatory fields Warehouse done, Zone done and Location done have been removed when saving and activating a document for product movements in the warehouse.

Customers

From “Links” in the lists of Customer orders (61101) and Purchase orders (22201), through the line “Orders/Purchase orders”, the form of the linked business documents (orders, pro formas, purchase orders and so on) can be opened:

Industry Solutions

Service

A new parameter has been created to control the message on whether the service order form is open by another user. The parameter is on the line Office Organisation\Administration\Processes (0120) > File > Global Settings.

If the parameter is empty, there is no limit on showing the message that the document is open by another user. If a value (number of hours) is set in the parameter, opening the service order form checks whether there are records that the document is open. If there are and they are older than the parameter value, these records are deleted and no message is shown that the form is open. If the form has been open for fewer hours than the parameter value, the message is shown.

Human Resources

Salaries

On the line Personnel\Time Recording\Form 19 (3510), Form 19 can now be recalculated in bulk. Recalculating Form 19 also recalculates the pay slips. After a change, the recalculation can be undone and run again. If the pay slips were recalculated before, their recalculation must also be undone.
