  • The fields “Length of service at the document start date” have been added to all personnel documents.

In documents of the type Cash benefits and aid from state social insurance, these fields are filled in automatically with the total length of service calculated at the document’s start date. It determines whether the person is entitled to a benefit.

In the employment contract and supplementary agreement document types, the professional length of service calculated at the document’s start date is filled in automatically, and it determines the percentage for years of service on the employee’s pay slips. The percentage is calculated from the service at the last day of the month before the payroll month, and the service is recalculated from the service in the employment contract/supplementary agreement in force on the first day of the payroll month.

The service entered automatically can be changed at any time, but who made the change and when is recorded in the new field “Change of service”.

  • Days, months and years of professional service, from which the percentage for years of service on the pay slip is calculated, have been added to the Parameters tab of the pay slip.
